Direct Mail

The Ottawa Food Bank’s direct mail program had had a templated approach.  The creative and copy didn’t align with their programmatic work and didn’t represent their brand.

When we started working together, we began telling real stories of the community members helped by the Ottawa Food Bank in our copy and featuring their unique and innovative solutions to food security issues. For instance, for the first time the farm that OFB runs was featured in an appeal, with seeds included in the package to bring the donor closer to the issue.  By developing fresh creative, while maintaining the overall feeling and tone, we have protected results while delivering authentic creative.
